Economic Planning Secretary Arsenio M. Balisacan discussed with University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) Chancellor Dr. Rex Victor Cruz and UPLB College of Economics and Management Dean Dr. Isabelita M. Pabuayon during the 1st National Forum on Energy Economics last week at the Acacia Hotel in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. In his speech, the NEDA Chief highlighted the need to address pressing problems concerning energy to enable our country to reach its growth potential and to ensure that the basic needs of our countrymen are met.
