Economic Planning Secretary Arsenio M. Balisacan (2nd from right) was guest of honor at the first anniversary celebration of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) last September 12, at the PSA Complex, East Avenue, Quezon City.
Balisacan congratulated the PSA for exemplifying excellence and effectiveness as one of the top 10 government agencies in the country. He thanked the organization for promoting and practicing evidence-based policy, decision-making and delivering relevant products and services; and acknowledged the leadership of National Statistician Lisa Grace Bersales.
Balisacan also attended a tree-planting activity at the PSA grounds, together with Bersales (left), Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Forest Management Services Director Antonio Manila (2nd from left), and PSA Interim Deputy National Statistician Paula Monina Collado (right).
