Members of Spain’s Committee on Foreign Relations of the Congress of Deputies led by Hon. Josep Antoni Durani i. Leida paid a courtesy call on Economic Planning Secretary and NEDA Director-General Arsenio M. Balisacan at the NEDA Pasig on February 6.
The governments of Spain and the Philippines have recently signed a four-year extension development partnership granting a EUR50-million allocation for projects and programs outlined in the Philippines-Spain Country Partnership Framework (CPF) from 2014 – 2017. These projects are focused on good governance and the rule of law, and disaster risk reduction and management.
