Stronger bilateral ties between the Philippines and South Korea especially on technological innovations in infrastructure, was discussed during the courtesy call of South Korean Ambassador to the Philippines Kim Jae-shin on Economic Planning Secretary and National Economic and Development Authority(NEDA) Director-General Arsenio M. Balisacan last July 31 at the Office of the Secretary, NEDA Pasig. Also present during the discussion was NEDA Deputy Director-General Rolando G. Tungpalan.
