The country’s economy grew by 6.4 percent in the second quarter and tied with Malaysia as the second fastest growing in Asia during the period, according to Economic Planning Secretary and NEDA Director-General Arsenio M. Balisacan (2ND from right) at the Press Conference on the 2014 Q2 National Income Accounts held last August 28 at the PSA-NSCB Operations Room, Midland Buendia Building, Makati City. With Sec.
