Plaques of appreciation were also awarded to Presidential Management Staff Asst. Secretary Jose Wilfrido S. Oca, Ms. Virginia Davide, Ms. Elizabeth Z. Barbero (posthumous), and Atty. Domingo P. Disini, Jr. (posthumous) and other volunteers among others.
