Economic Planning Secretary and NEDA Director-General Arsenio M. Balisacan talked about the Reconstruction Assistance on Yolanda during the ASEM Manila Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction and Management last June 5 at the Diamond Hotel in Manila.
President Benigno S. Aquino III was the keynote speaker during the event.
Other government officials present at the conference were Secretary Edwin Lacierda, Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert del Rosario, and Social Welfare and Development Secretary Corazon “Dinky” Soliman, among others.
